I am a seasoned 7a and 504 SBA Lender, knowledgeable in Business Acquisitions, Start Up, Refi and Expansion, Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Equipment, Inventory and Working Capital loan requests.

In addition to my work at Evolve SBA, I am also a board member for my condo HOA, specifically working on the Master Association to promote positive change. Living at the beach is such a joy; whether it’s taking my grandkids to the ocean or riding the ferry over to Ft Fisher Aquarium, I truly enjoy it.
I have been in lending for four decades, and I’ve been in SBA lending for over ten. While SBA is challenging, it is also rewarding helping a small business obtain the financing to take them to the next phase of their business model.
